Ok, I've got 158$ but my laptop is broken, so I had to cashout 58$. Now I have 100$.
And I hate every fucking repair services, they want me to pay them 10,000 RUB for cooler rapair. Of course I was disagree, and decided to do it by myself. I bought thermal paste and cooler (spent 1300rub), I hope I will manage to fix my laptop. Wish me a luck
