Your Responsibilities
• Dealing with customer inquiries via our ticket system, analysing individual problems and taking the appropriate action to ensure that customer needs are met
• Reviewing customer identification documents, verifying customer accounts by ticket and telephone
• Reporting system bugs and general problems experienced by customers
• Communicating and cooperating with other departments as required
• Taking an active interest in driving process and quality improvements across the department
• Fulfillment of other tasks specific to your language community as required
Your Profile
• Great communication skills on a business standard in your native language, both written and spoken
• Working knowledge of the English language
• Practical experience in the area of customer service and a very service oriented mindset
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks, solve complex problems and drive resolution of problems to meet deadlines
• The ability to pay strict attention to detail
• No problem with shift work (weekends and bank holidays included)
