Как решить этот вопрос?

Svetkakrass, Отправь им другой скан паспорта или фото паспорта. То есть, если ты делала фотографию, то отсканируй и отправь, и наоборот.
Так же можешь приложить скан свидетельства о рождении или любой другой предложенный документ.

На такие номера звонить нужно со скайпа, Там 2-5 центов в минуту будет стоить.

Позвонила по скайпу сказали ждать 72 часа.
Так сегодня повторно отправила документы!
