PokerStars Verification - Documents request - Your attention required

Dear Player,

As part of our licence and legal requirements, we are obliged to obtain certain information from our players to ensure that we have documented proof of their age, identity and address.

To help us achieve this it would be most appreciated if you could send us the following documents at your earliest convenience for verification purposes (please note that all cashouts will be subject to this requirement):

- A clear copy of your government-issued photo ID (e.g. Passport, Driving License or Citizen-Card)
- A clear copy of a recent utility bill or bank statement clearly showing your full name, current address and statement date (no older than 3 months)
