кстати гугл подхватил тему и щас в топе она, если чел будет искать что то о wpn или pokerking ему покажет что там могут украсть деньги в любой момент по любой причине

создал ещё тему на реддите и написал в игорную комиссию ну их комиссия курасао такие же скамеры они редко помогают игрокам
вообще вот когда регаешься все написано у них по сути прямым текстом

4.2.3 Tools that offer real-time advice (RTA) on how to act at the table, (for example, tools known as push-this-button bots or advisor).
6.4 Identity misrepresentation: Create an account on someone else’s behalf with or without their consent or allowing someone else to create an account on your behalf in a manner that misrepresents the true identity of the accountholder.
6.6 Fake profile information: Create an account that contains inaccurate or false information.
вот обвиняют, ну я показал на видео сессии что ничо не запущено итд
последний 2 пункта тока смущают, ну я играл с впн и писал про это им, потому что не запускается в рф, мб типа ещё у кого то такой айпи был, хотя врядли
плюс это же говорил на видео им что играю с впн, плюс пасспорт который оформлен там фотка моя же и я играл сессию, короче не понятно....

короче я думаю могло пройзойти потому что когда играл на покеркинге я был в минусе ( с бонусом на деп был где то небольшой плюс) , потом я начал играть на yapoker (на ту же почту рега), и ВКЛЮЧИЛ ВПН потому что тогда забанили румы в рф (я писал им письма и они разрешали юзать впн) и отбивал бонус на деп и последние месяцы с учетом рб я очень сильно плюсанул, апстрик был, плюс там в лидерборд попадал всегда
в итоге их система ии сработала, а видео с игрой они особо не смотрели просто для галочки попросили

написал им письмо что могу поиграть под стрим с сотрудником службы безопасности, типа чтоб он мог каждую секунду видеть чо я делаю и я бы играл и обьяснял свои действия итд

хорошо хоть не больше а то я хотел ещё отбивать бонус на деп на АКР но игры было мало и вывел деньги ещё до этого

играл в cети wpn вначале в pokerking, потом в yapoker (чтоб отбить бонус на деп),
последние 2 месяца удалось хорошо плюсануть с учетом рб, но потом стало мало игры и я перешел в другой рум,
потом пришло письмо с wpn типа заморожен аккаунт,
и попросили записать видео с пасспортом и ещё записать видео где надо рассказать типа где учился играть , когда начал итд итп
причем на английском надо говорить, ну я все сделал что надо было
потом шаг 3 , там надо записать видео СЕССИИ с игрой , там ещё дали ссылку на ютуб где nanonoko (он у них эксперт по безопасности) расказывает типа как надо записать итд итп,
там ещё комменты от русских игроков (надеюсь их не забанили)
я записал видео с игрой, причем я на видео специально ещё вставал из за стола итд итп чтоб показать что ничо нету у меня на на столе и поворачивался типа показывал что наушника никакого нет, в итоге я записал игровое видео, даже сделал таймкоды где обьяснял почему сыграны раздачи, ну в итоге пришло письмо

Generally, any third-party tool, piece of software, or source material, not developed by WPN, that allows players to gain an unfair advantage poses a threat to the integrity of the live real persons playing WPN poker games.
Specifically, WPN and sites on the Network prohibit

6.6 Fake profile information: Create an account that contains inaccurate or false information.
Please be informed that all your Winning Poker Network accounts have been closed, and you are permanently banned from our poker network, effective immediately.
Playing on the Winning Poker Network is a privilege and not a right. We clearly state that we reserve the right to ban an account at any time for any reason in our Terms and Conditions outlined here:
9.TERMINATION: Without prejudice to any other rights of WPN, WPN may immediately and unilaterally terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions contained herein or for any other reason or for no reason. In such event, you must destroy all of your copies of the Software. ANY suspicious or criminal activity will be promptly reported to the appropriate authorities. The balance of funds in any User account closed by WPN due to User misconduct, fraud, or collusion may be seized and each such User shall forfeit any and all interest thereto.
Other clauses that relates to your case:
1.3 WPN Decisions are final: By accepting our general terms and conditions you also accept that our Security and Game Integrity team investigation results, outcomes and penalties are final. You expressly agree and accept WPN alone to deem any account in violation of any of the present policies, and therefore you accept any such determination as final.
1.5 Penalties:
You accept and expressly acknowledge and agree that any penalty decision or determination lies within WPN’s sole and absolute discretion.
1.5.8 Permanent ban and confiscation of funds: This penalty describes a permanent loss of access to the player account and any funds held within WPN. This penalty shall apply across any sites operating on WPN Network.
4.2.11 WPN reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion whether players are using or benefiting from any of the forbidden tools above, based on patterns consistent with such tool usage. All determinations by WPN shall be final. WPN reserves the right to address unforeseen scenarios or situations not contemplated in the present policies as it sees fit. WPN Decisions are final: By accepting our general terms and conditions you also accept that WPN determinations and decisions regarding our Security and Game Integrity investigation results, outcomes and penalties are final.
The decision to ban you from the Winning Poker Network is final and can’t be appealed.

короче плюсовых игроков банят с конфискацией, так что лучше не держите много средств
мне ещё очень повезло что я вывел деньги в другой рум (хотя держал много и планировал ещё в acr отбивать бонус на деп) а когда проверка была задепал при попощи гипситим (писал емейл чтоб мне разрешили p2p сделать )
задепал ~1000$ и в сесиии которая была для записи видео удалось выиграть,
всего получается спи*дили wpn ~$1200
думаю надо ли писать в игорную комиссию итд, если у кого то были подобные случаи пишите пожалуйста ваш опыт
