Hello Grigoriy,
Thank you for contacting PokerStars.
We are sorry to hear you have had a few bad beats recently.
However, please keep in mind that bad beats are a part of poker,
and happen to all players, whether they play poker in a live
casino, at a friend's house, or online at PokerStars.
PokerStars deals the cards in a fair and honest manner. Once the
deck is shuffled, it is set, and the order in which the cards are
dealt cannot be changed. The software that shuffles and deals the
cards cannot control who wins and loses; it just deals the cards
and the rest is up to the players in the game.
Our software produces a shuffle that is completely random, which
favors no player over any other. The methods we use ensure
complete randomization of the cards, and complete
unpredictability of the cards to come. You can see the
description of these methods at:
http://www.pokerstars.com/poker/room/features/security/
We arranged for the largest consulting firm specializing in
software security and quality, Cigital, to review PokerStars'
shuffle. Their investigation found the shuffling be fair and
random. You may read about their analysis at:
http://www.pokerstars.com/poker/rng/
If you are a real money player, we encourage you to review your
own hand histories and to perform your own analysis. We have
dealt over 50 billion hands and freely give real money hand
histories any time someone requests them. If you want, we can
send you a copy of every single real money hand history that you
have played.
*Every* proper investigation of our shuffle has found the same
thing: That our cards are randomly shuffled. Many who have
conducted such studies have posted their findings to the
Internet. You can find two of them here:

We hope this information helps you to understand that PokerStars'
games are fair. We value all of our players, and take the
integrity of our site very seriously.

So, tell me please how being a good tournament player I
manage to lose too much preflop All-in's, when I am ahead.
It's contrary to mathematic probabilities. I don't mean
separate several badbeats. I mean that I lose overmuch in
situations, where I should win. And I get such badbeats not
"recently", as you have said, but I get it constantly! I
attached 2 graphs of expected winnings and actual winnings
in tournament chips for 2 pokerrooms - PokerStars and your
competitor - FullTiltPoker. Look at them.

Compare them! Tell me please - is it fair?
Hello Grigoriy,
We are sorry to hear about your bad beats, but please understand that you are not receiving more than any other player. You are just focusing your attention on the times when you do get beaten, rather than on the times when your hands win, which they frequently do.
To demonstrate, we have attached your performance over the past month with the two hands most commonly associated with bad beats in Hold'em: AA and KK.
These are the best two starting hands, however, they are beatable, and the manner in which they are played (passively against multiple opponents or aggressively against few opponents) has a major effect on your chances of winning with them.
Under regular circumstances, players should expect to win around 85% of their hands with AA, and around 82% with KK (or a combined percentage somewhere in between). These figures will vary a little depending on the type of game you are playing and your style of play.
Looking at your performance with AA and KK, you have won 83% of the hands you were dealt them, which is a result within expectations.
Please keep in mind that Poker EV graphs are not conclusive and should not be the only tool to look at when determining how badly you may be running or how well you have been playing. This topic is discussed extensively on poker forums such as 2+2. It is important to remember that streaks of good luck and bad luck do occur and can often last for a long period of time. What we can say is that over an infinite number of hands, both your actual winnings and expected winnings should be equal at point-infinity.
If you are still concerned about PokerStars' games, why not examine your own results? You can actually request your full hand history from us and input it into some independent poker analysis software, such as PokerTracker, Hold'em Manager, or PokerOffice (free trials are available). These programs can then show you easy-to-read reports covering all your results, plus a large number of other statistics on the hands you have been dealt, your play, and the play of your opponents. Analysing your hand histories will demonstrate PokerStars' games are random and fair.
