Добрый день. Вчера общался с представителем джипси, пока и у них нет никакой информации, им тоже не отвечают.
У вас как дела?

если лицензиат кюракао также разбирается, как и с недобросовестными онлайн казино, и их беспредела. То шансов на положительное решение вопроса равняется к нулю. Ксожеленью.

Добрый вечер! Тишина.. Раньше когда отправлял сюда complaints@curacao-egaming.com отвечали в течение двух дней и просили предоставить копию. Когда разобрался с помощью тебя что за копию просят, отправил как надо и нет ответа, очевидно письмо прочитали, но ничего не происходит.

Ребят в письмо добавляем ещё один ник MASHUK забанен в 2017 аналогичная ситуация.

Собственно вот так на одного человека больше стало.

Уже неделю ежедневно шлю письма, но никто так ничего и не ответил.

Отправляю тоже каждый день и ответа так не получил вообще от Кюросао.

Видно кто-то вышел на работу сегодня... Получил 1-е письмо от них . Я так понимаю , после него всё равно нужно продолжать отсылать жалобы.

Возможно эти общие письма и сыграли роль.

Да, сотрудник джипси, тоже подтвердил, что надо продолжать отправлять им письма каждый день. Они со своей стороны тоже им пишут каждый день официальные запросы от лица руководства джипси

Только что пришло еще одно письмо от Кюрасао:
