As far as I know it does. If you're seeing something questionable are you getting all the summaries? Tournament summaries include finishing information such as who won and how much, the display label, etc., since frequently tournament hand histories don't have enough information. So if PokerTracker4 doesn't get them your results will be thrown off.
Note that in newer versions of PokerTracker4 it may show partial/incomplete information in the report windows/graphs until auto import has been stopped. Just as importantly you'd want to be sure to not manually update any part of a completed game before this, it could cause PokerTracker4 to skip updating it.
If your site supplies them be careful of closing the tournament lobby too quickly after winning or getting knocked out - if the software is closed without giving it time to create the tournament summary then PokerTracker4 wouldn't get anything to import. You can check if your poker site actually provides summaries as not all sites do (see "Tourn. Results"): https://www.pokertracker.com/products/PT4/supported.php
Or it could be your PokerTracker4 settings have been changed, confirm your "Configure -> Site & Import Options -> Tournaments" window is set to the defaults as they are in the screenshot I've attached.
If that doesn't take care of it please attach a couple of the original tournament hand histories and any matching summaries if applicable from your PokerTracker4 processed folder so we can troubleshoot. You'll want to send originals, not anything exported by PokerTracker4, most likely you'll find them somewhere under here:
C:\Users\SOME_NAME\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Processed
"SOME_NAME" will be your Windows username on that machine.

Support: I can't give you the exact calculations for a hand as they're pretty complex, but the ICM Equity Start is the the ICM value of the starting stacks of each player, given the payout structure of the tournament. You could enter the starting stacks and payout structure into an online ICM calculator, but bear in mind in a bounty tournament the calculations are even more complex.
