COMPLETE CASE FILE NOTICE
This is to inform you that we have received the initial submission of evidence from both parties and can declare that we have a ‘Complete Case File’ for the dispute. eCOGRA will make every effort to conclude the dispute resolution process as quickly as possible however, please note that the process may take up to ninety days.
