We are writing to inform you about the conclusions reached after a thorough investigation of your Stars Account "GrozaXarkov".

Our investigation has taken into account all the information available to us, including information that you provided, technical data from our records, and other information. This action was not taken lightly. My findings went to a review board who, after looking at the evidence, agreed that such action was appropriate.
